Hi, we’re Josh and Laurie—thanks for considering Windswept Pines for your getaway! We fell in love with this part of Pennsylvania for its rolling hills, quiet forests, and wide-open skies. When we discovered this beautiful hilltop property—with its sweeping vistas, peaceful acreage, and timeless farmhouse charm—we knew it was the perfect place to create a retreat where families and friends could slow down, spread out, and truly reconnect. After years of traveling and hosting guests across Potter County, we designed Windswept Pines to embody everything we love about country living: warm gathering spaces, cozy bedrooms with character, long-range views, and plenty of room for every member of the group. From the farmhouse kitchen and two spacious living rooms to the pool table, wall Scrabble game, and outdoor hot tub, every corner of the home is meant to bring people together and make memories. We love hiking, stargazing, exploring small towns like Coudersport, and simply enjoying quiet evenings by the fire—which is exactly the spirit we wanted to capture here.
